How quickly can an ambulance reach me in Dhaka?
It depends on where you are and the traffic at that moment. Call us and give your exact pickup point — we will confirm the nearest available ambulance and a realistic arrival time instead of a guess.
Are you available at night and on holidays?
Availability depends on the vehicle and time of day. Call or WhatsApp with your pickup location and requirement so we can confirm what is available.
Which ambulance type do I need?
Tell us the patient's condition on the phone and we will advise. A stable patient going home after discharge needs a transfer ambulance; a patient on oxygen or a ventilator needs an oxygen or ICU ambulance.
What does an ambulance cost?
The fare depends on the ambulance type, the distance and how long the vehicle is held. We quote the full amount on the phone before dispatch, so there is no negotiation at the hospital gate.
Can a family member travel with the patient?
Yes. Every ambulance has seating for attendants. Mention how many people will travel when you book so we send a suitable vehicle.
Do you go outside Dhaka?
Yes. We handle long-distance transfers outside Dhaka when available, including returning a patient to their home town. Call with the destination and we will quote the trip.
