About Emergency Ambulance
An emergency call is different from a booking. You tell us where you are and what has happened, we tell you which vehicle is coming and how long it will take, and the ambulance leaves while we are still on the phone with you.
Vehicle features and oxygen support depend on the ambulance arranged for the booking. Tell us the patient requirement when you call so we can confirm the available vehicle before dispatch.

When to book emergency ambulance
Accident or injury
Road accidents, falls, burns and fractures where the patient should not be moved in a private car.
Breathing difficulty
Asthma attacks, pneumonia and post-Covid breathlessness where oxygen is needed during the journey.
Chest pain or stroke signs
Sudden chest pain, weakness on one side, slurred speech. Call us and the hospital at the same time.
Unconscious patient
An attendant travels with the patient and keeps oxygen running until handover at the hospital.

Our primary service area is Dhaka. Common pickup areas include Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, Uttara, Gulshan, Banani, Badda, Tejgaon, Motijheel and nearby areas. Long-distance transportation outside Dhaka may be available depending on the vehicle and booking.
