ICU ambulance transportation for patients who need medical support or monitoring during transport. Equipment and clinical support depend on the vehicle arranged for the booking.
About ICU Ambulance
An ICU ambulance is booked when the treating doctor says the patient must stay on support during the move. Tell us what the hospital has specified — ventilator, infusion pump, monitor — and we confirm the vehicle carries it before anything is agreed.
Because ICU vehicles are limited, give us as much notice as the situation allows. For a planned transfer between hospitals, an hour is usually enough to have the right ambulance at the gate.
What to expect
- ICU-level support when available
- Monitoring equipment when confirmed
- Clinical support subject to booking
